
Sport and Outdoor Recreation
Sport provides a fun way to exercise and to learn important skills like strategy and teamwork. Outdoor recreation also promotes exercise through engaging in the natural world around us.
Insight is actively involved in the sport and recreation sector (both in providing technical support and as sporting participants and leaders). Insight CEO, Dr Mark Griffin, is actively involved in the Social Sport program at Griffith University and a member of the Griffith University Sport Development Association and the Griffith Adventure Club. Insight has also provided technical support for a number of sport and recreational events including the 2018 Commonwealth Games, the 2024 Gold Coast 500, and the 2024 Pan Pacific Masters Games).
